no actual rules or rulers control the adventuring city, as you call it, but a general "why should I kill you when the dungon will" order has taken hold, and yes there are adventuing groups being made in its odd combination of ruins, burned out shacks, twisted trees, and broken domes.

hfs and shadow demons and dark elves didnt build anything of note...it doesnt mean they didnt do anything.
Wobble grants Kobolds magical undead fighting powers, to destroy undead with.

Dakoth, you cant change word meanings...but you can destroy the goats if you want...as long as its with an act that doesnt change them.
I cant keep this thing going I need a replacement...=P,

Since Coldcuts plans for World war were stopped by the shifting of the Aeon he plans to pick up form where left off. So Coldcuts takes large groups of huamns and transforms them into Orcs, a foot taller, stronger, and has green skin. These brutes would be his tool for destruction.

Coldcuts creates the Orcs.

Coldcuts then gives an orc powers of shadow magics and unsurpassed skills and tells him to steal the Noon Sun, no matter what. He's called The Crow King and wears a funny hat made of Crow Feathers.

Coldcuts gives an Orc powers of unsurpassed battle skills and manipulation of shadows. He's told to get the Noon Sun from the elves no matter what.
