It's a lion's mane jellyfish.  The one EJ posted is also a Lion's Mane jellyfish.  They live in really cold water and never come down to , so you don't have to worry about them getting you.  There were some at an Aquarium in Cincinnati.   The tentacles can be like 100 feet long.

Octopi Octopodes Octopuses.  Their intelligence is just frigging amazing.  They disguise themselves as coconuts!  They can squeeze their bodies into impossibly tight spaces!  They can change colour at will!  Also, their arms can be cut off and will continue on their own (until they're eaten)!
Also they creep me the hell out so I have no idea why I like them.
