Considering she probably got that name by smashing goblin/orc skulls, the "Tender" part is in doubt. 

Female dwarves are about as tender as the girl in Teeth.

FYI, to anyone wondering why all mine were humans: Those were all from worldgen. Unfortunately, the Wondrous Realms is the Twilight series of DF worlds, in that the only really interesting things that have happened there were in the backstory. At least so far.
