until she becomes a champion wrestler (I think she would like killing things with her bare hands).

Personally I don't suggest this, as wrestlers are always the first ones to die. If what you want is more bang for your buck I would suggest something like hammer or sword.

If you really want to go the extra mile you could try whip, as they mostly cause pain.

I see this trait fairly often. In practice what it means is they don't get the full effect of a 'tragedy' unhappy thought. Whether or not it has no effect I don't know... If everyone's curious, though, I can always mess around with DC and monitor happiness levels as I kill the friend of someone with that trait.

I was just monitoring one of my miners (founder with the trait) and when I killed a friend, her happiness dropped a good bit. When I killed someone she had a grudge on, it dropped a LOT.

Also: I concur with the person who suggested the death chamber with a window. Your fellow Watchers demand it!

I think I will armour her up fully, with like decent iron chainmail underneath platemail and a good quality shield. Then when she is a legendary wrestler I will give her a sword and ask her to spar with the next set of (unarmoured) immigrants until she has killed them all... THEN use her as the almighty defence for my fort (the only problem being food supply - I am thinking about automating it somewhat, by having a stockpile of food that periodically gets washed down to the layer below...

it's freaking annoying to keep your forts separated sometimes.  I set up a airlock system with a lever connected to a door and a bridge.  That way both arn't open at the same time.

if you channel a hole in the roof of a room from above you can designate it as a pit/pond with i, and when you tell dwarves to dump barrels of nearby food/booze they will throw it down the hole. if you unforbid it then your uberdwarf girl can use it. same with items like armor and furniture and stuff. you could give her her own bedroom somewhere outside. make it floodable so that if other migrants dare to try sleeping in her room you can discipline them.

also, here are the personality traits page on the wiki. http://www.dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Personality you will notice that the one she has is an extreme personality trait that only occurs in dwarves with a very low level of sympathy. there is an even less caring trait in the same line, "    Would never let an objective judgement be tempered by mercy or pity." i can recall one of my hammerers having that.

i screen recruits for negative personality traits now, as ive had a few champions tantrum or suicide over really minor things like their first injury, because they had very rare traits like "Is frequently depressed." i also had a mayor once who had the trait "is in a constant state of internal rage" and during the several times she tantrummed because of all her cats dying she killed a few champion plate wearing guards, and eventually ended up  locked in my prison on the end of a chain, completely insane and attacking anything that came near, including her own pets. other interesting things are dwarves with traits like "Dislikes helping others" will get a negative thought from helping a wounded dwarf. personality is pretty neat now and toady has mentioned dwarves acting more upon such traits, like messing with other dwarves they hate.

I'm going to watch for this trait in all of my fortresses. Any dwarf with near zero sympathy joins the guard.

The catch? All the walls will have glass windows at certain intervals, and the guard will live inside tunnels in the walls, with food and booze being dumped in for them. My fortress will have thought police.
