Get a secretary and teach her how to find/replace, so you can move on to wounds. Maybe someone will donate their sister?

We've got an intern at my office... we don't let her anywhere near the code.  Takes longer to explain what we want than to do it ourselves...

In her case, she's a high school grad just starting college classes with 0 technical skills (the 'can you help me with excel' type)

We've got another guy, he's a real boy now, but only recently.  Before that he was an intern with excellent technical skills.

I'm just saying: It depends entirely on which intern you're talking about, and I meant less 'intern' than I did 'secretary type with no technical skills'.
