Wow, I have the worst luck in community games... my first avatar always dies.

Well, Neo isn't truly dead, actually.

I've got a problem in the sense that I can never let my starters die. Never.

Granted, trying to keep this up landed me right back in Mid Summer, so I've got a lot of work to do.

Oh well.

I'll take a random dwarf named Neo. He shall become a great marksdwarf

I had an update ready, but Neo died fighting a Kobold, and I had to restart. Sending me back to Summer. Dammit.

Sorry, but this made me laugh my ass off.  ;D

Fortunately, now that it is out of the way, Neo2 (or Neo reborn, whatever you want to call your reset character) will most likely be the baddest thing on the map.  ;D That seems to be the way it works for you.

Yeah I noticed that too, once my bad luck is done I get an awesome character usually, like Neosen in Marlowe's game and Neo^2 in Dresdor's... Karma?

Perhaps..... Perhaps, though it didn't seem to work for your adventure game WorkerDrone, I just started out awesome there.

That's easy.
Your first character was struck down in the womb, so the one you actually saw as your first was really your second.

So, yeah.

I went through the fort again, let the traders in, and all was good. Got a huge amount of Migrants.

Then Orcs came, just as the Skulls decided to bum rush me.

Needless to say, everyone died. Horribly.
