You don't mean bowels?
You do realize that that's the gasses in the intestines expanding (as mentioned previously) and pushing the contents out, yes?  Not a voluntary reaction.
These gasses cant' exhibit any force on the OUTSIDE of the human body until LONG after death.
I believe it takes around 48 hours for a human corpse to float to the surface due to gases forming from decomposition as stated before. Thats what concrete shoes were for :D
No, I'm fairly sure concrete shoes were for drowning the person.
They kept the body down after drowning as well.  Why wouldn't they just shoot the guy if the only purpose was to kill him?

This may very well give an added bonus to adamant armor because it's so light. According to commonly held beliefs, it weighs 2.5% what iron does, which may be enough to decrease the density of a corpse. It might make other adamant items float too.
