Head/Weakpoint shot: If a roll for firing at a enemy results in a success with a ten point or higher difference between the two rolls I.C.E hits a weakpoint and dose extra damage, if the attacked creature is immune to physical damage this skill wont help. Ignores physical armor and minimizes protection of non physical armor, does not work if the enemy doesn't have any kind of weakpoint.
Glorious Communist: Gets a plus 1 to all rolls against Capitalists and gains a bonus 2 to turning NPC's communist.
Spy: Gains a plus 3 to all stealth rolls and all deception rolls so long as they look the part/are wearing clothing that matches the environment.

Fire and Move: I.C.E Fires her rifle up to five tines at any enemy's in sight and then books it to a new position where she yet again fires a few shots and moves, stops if I.C.E runs out of ammo, a enemy gets to close, or she gets hit. Very effective against enemy snipers and other long to medium range enemy's

Shadow magic: Having the skull of god infused with her own she has control of basic shadow magic, though she isn't very good at it and would rather use her trusty spear.

Hunter of Man: Ceh is a artful huntress who has dedicated her life to the art giving bonuses to warfare and hunting
Drakeblood: Ceh has drunken the blood of the drake and her skin is now as hard as the iron of it’s scales.
Piece of God, Skull: The Skull allows Ceh to pierce into the minds of other creatures and read their thoughts it also allows her to invade the dreams of creatures, requires a bit of concentration and MP.
Inspiring presence: Any mooks under Ceh will be inspired by her presence and will find it hard to lose faith in the battle(Aka harder to lose moral)... unless she dies or gets knocked out.

Inventory: <Legendary spear> <Basic tribal clothing> 7 Felpin Veteran Drake blood warriors- Veteran Felpin warriors that like Ceh have drunken the blood of the drake after slaying it, they have also fought against the Corvain in the Battle of the Plains of Thrush and where in the middle of the Siege for the Tree of Life before ending up here, Ceh had a army of 105 of them but only 7 are here right now meaning 98 of them are missing and only the all-mother knows where.
And yes i made these two sheets as proof that i can indeed make original characters... even if the second one is my character in another fourm game, at the time of writing this i have no clue which one i will use since i cant use Kyoko.
