pausing game with child birth.... STOP IT

Please remove the code that pauses the game when a kid is born.  I dont care that some one had a kid. I make sure every one is a mail in my army.

This is something that you can configure for yourself in the announcements init file.

The announcement txt. file is a hidden gem of df!
You can rid your game of ALL (p)ause, (r)ecenter things.
Don't like births? Edit them.
Don't like pause/recenter on naming weapon/shields?  Edit.
Don't give a flying flip about moods? Edit those too.
And that artifact mug? Edit them.

Took me about 8 months real life time playing Anvillocked to find announcement txt. so much wasted time.
 But no more, it only pauses for caravans, and seasonal auto saves now.
A must do, if you plan on a low fps game. ;)
