my 42.04 fortress has had quite a few glitches including: people stuck in trees, two of my dwarfs were stuck at the same time, it's worth mentioning that one was a skilled climber, the other had no skill in climbing at all, were they drunk?
another glitch is that when I try to put a updown staircase in leaves(while trying to rescue the stuck-in-tree dwarves) the dwarf who gets the job go to my stockpile picks up the building material, then... stops, doesn't  give an error message just stops.
anyone else have these glitches?

Both of these have been around for a while, I remember having both in .40.

For the dwarves stuck in trees, find a way to build floors that will get to them. If that doesn't work, you know what to do to that tree.
