Visiting dwarven justice
« on: December 18, 2015, 11:21:23 am »

After loading up the new version of DF to get started playing with the new tavern feature, I came across something rather interesting.

It seems the Mayor decided to jail the visiting bard for violating an amulet production order, and he's just some guest not even a resident.
I guess there is an easy pool of scapegoats to be used now, and at least no dwarfs are getting hammered, the justice system at its finest :).

Has anyone else had weird/fortunate dwarven justice dealt upon any of their visitors yet?

On another note, how do you deal with vampires who visit and hang out in your tavern? Do they kill people? They're also clearly marked "(Race) Vampire."

I mostly leave them alone until they kill someone. Then they get treated the same as everyone else. There's a weird effect where they sometimes won't get hammered and instead get stuffed into a stockpiled cage for eternity. The sheriff freaks out if you try to construct the cage or let them out.
