This is a tutorial, so most of this you probably already know. The magic is the scheduling bit down near the end. You want to schedule a minimum of 1 and only 1 training order. Ten times. Each month. Or for however many archers you have. You have seven, so you could do seven "Train 1 minimum" orders for each month.

They explain why it works, so just give that thread a good read. :3
