I'm possibly able to do R20 on saturdays, late in the day, but I tend to have stuff during weekdays.

This also. I would prefer to stick to forum.

Maybe give a time limit for posts? PM people who don't post after a day?

Or ask for autoactions if someone forgets.

My autoactions would be shoot at target and dodge if target gets close for example.

((Yeah, I understand the work thing. as you can see by the posts running it on a forum is... very much a pain.

Might switch to doing each person's phase in sequence starting next round, with the post order pasted into the post for each fight. For this, though...

Yeah I'm not bothering with calculating damage for this (a relatively common occurrence with trash mobs or when death is assured) and just writing a narrative. Put any commentary in the OOC THREAD))
