A rather fetching, shapely woman in her late thirties, with a confident gait and a very pleasant voice. Unusually well-dressed for somebody on a spaceship.
Born not too long ago in a rather affluent family back on Earth, Lucia spent most of her early years learning about fine arts, which naturally evolved into a career as an ultraconservative radio show host. Before long, she wanted to get into politics - unfortunately, nobody from her particular part of the political spectrum (a part that is occupied by relatively few, mind you) could really get into politics without getting some stripes in the military first. And so here she is after spending a few years in a military academy - a captain on her first day! Other people should be so lucky, no?

 A bit tall, as well as thin, but in decent enough shape. Her dark auburn hair is neatly trimmed short. She has a tired-looking expression, suiting the sharp features of her face well. A tattoo with a design that brings to mind a wild, coiling vine goes along her right arm.
Backstory: With a history of being a bit of a punk and a distinct lack of experience, Angela had quite a bit of trouble finding a permanent profession. Following a whim, she eventually looked into getting the medical training necessary for becoming an EMT, which soon paid off, getting her a decent enough job, which she has recently spurned for the sake of getting to go on exciting http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/Themes/darkling/images/bbc/spoiler.gifadventures in SPACE.
