Well, if they can't find anything in your mouth and it still bugs you. It could be that its all in the mind, stuff like that actually happens. Your brain perceives pain when there isn't a visible wound, or any nerve damage or anything of the sort. The same could very well be true about your discomfort/pain. I'd go ask your doctor about it because he would definitely be the better one to ask than us guys on the internet.

If your dentist can't find anything and your doctor can't find anything then bring it up. Its something that if I were a doctor, I would look into.

Anyway, best of luck figuring it out. Hope the discomfort/pain goes away.
