Father Mikhail sanctifies the room to put any good souls there at ease and any force any evil spirits into an equivalent of splitting headache.

(IRL problems for me too.  Ignore me as well if necessary, but my default actions would always be to assist someone and 'be near where I might experience magic')

Amelia listens to Marvin, then finishes helping Father Mikhail and returns the censor.  She asks to be blessed, then goes and sits where Marvin indicated the crib had stood.  She tries to imagine the room as Marvin described, as being with the baby and the pregnant woman, and as understanding them and helping them.  After a time, especially if nothing seems to happen, she'll go help the others set up the equipment.

You head into the kitchen and find a slowly expanding pool of blood. Though you search frantically, you cannot find the source and when you leave to get your colleagues you glance back and see nothing but your bloody footprints.

The combination of electromagnetic, infrared, ultraviolet and visible light sensors blinks on the wall of the children's room. It does not at all look like a glowing red eye. Really.
[All cameras/monitoring equipment have been set up.]
You all return the next day, ready to get to work, some of you with more goods than before. One look at the inhabitants of the house tells you that they did not have a nice night.

"Ah, hell, why do I have a bad feeling about this?"
Analyze the footage and audio logs.

"Calm, guys. Mr. and Mrs. Sallwort--do you mind if I call you James and Sally?"

"Alright. Have you hears or seen anything unusual since we last met?"

See if we have a shovel, but leave it for now if we do, then wait for the others to head inside and join them.

Amelia walks through the house, lightly touching the walls and furniture as she passes each one, then goes watch the footage that's being reviewed.

Father Mikhail searches for any unnatural occurences around the house, trying to see if whatever is in there is active or not. Censer lit and prayers chanted, of course.
