I wish I knew how to do this so I could play LoL and steam games at school.

I used freecap for that but it was a long time ago. the idea is a proxy that capture all winsocks call and route them trough a proxy.

you still have to find a working proxy, but it allows for non proxable application to work
that is a bitch to work through and causes alot of lag, you are better off with a vpn, give me a week im trying to build my own vpn here at home, if it works i might share it around
As nice as that is of you, I would not advise it.  There's a very good chance you could be liable for any traffic you allow through it.
true and all but im utilizing OpenVPN which requires me to give you credentials file, so my trust is utmost high. plus the cousin that went to law school went very deep into electronic laws so meh.
At least in the US, the laws haven't really been tested too much yet.  I could certainly foresee the laws we do have being ignored if they found your IP downloading kiddie porn or something.

I would never allow someone to use my internet connection without knowing them in meatspace, and even then I'd be wary.

There was a recent case in Austria where someone running a Tor exit node was charged with distributing child pornography.  It's a bad idea.

Here's a case in the US too.  These are all tor exit nodes, but running a VPN is similar, and could be worse because you explicitly choose who can use your network.  As far as the cops are concerned, you could be an accomplice.

oh that shit? you have to go through my dns server first which flags that shit if the unfortunate human being on here decides to do that :/
if caught im sending poison packets to kick you off my network permanently and sending your info to FBI which would be nice considering the information i gain for vpn connections.
