It carefully picks up Fauna once she gets too close. Things kinda just stop for awhile, with Edge, Grail, and the shadowy man standing next to the mud and Fauna somewhat awkwardly suspended in the air. Then it flings Fauna into the ceiling headfirst, which collapses into more mud with the impact.

Fauna is now somewhat dazed from being thrown into the cave wall and covered in mud again. Repel Mud has worn off. Also, the lake is now out of sight except for Fauna due to the collapsed ceiling.

Someone also shouts from the top of the shaft "Hey! Is there a mage down there or are things just collapsing in my mine again? I'm not having it either way, so you better hope you aren't there mage by the time I get down there!"
