Just remember the major properties, I'd say.

Also, if people ask for reccomendations on whites, especially Rieslings, Kung Fu Girl.

Actually, hell, any sort of Charles Smith wine will be awesome.
Kung Fu Girl, ViNO, Charles Smith Viogner, Eve, Velvet Devil, Boom Boom - there stuff is ALL amazing.

Most popular Riesling would be the relax Riesling.

... really? Charles Smith is some of the best American produced wine, imo.

It /can/ be hard to get though, and the shops that stock it are constantly sold out and on back order, so I'm super glad I ordered two crates of the stuff last time I was in, and I can dip into it whenever I want.

I am the only person I know who's ordered wine by the crateload, heh.

Well the store is on long island, so there's bound to be differences.

If you could list the red and white wines (not by name, by grape on average) in order of sweetness and dryness, how would you?
