I'm just getting an error saying "Ruby (Rack) application could not be started" when trying to access the site from Linux. I'll try Windows later.

I've seen that error before, but I can access it now. I assumed it happens when site maintenance is being performed.

It happens when I don't know fucking why. It used to do it 90% of the time, but I fixed everything I could find that might influence it, and it helped, but its still screwed up. Ah, the joy of shared hosting... I'm definitely going to switch to a dedicated host at some point, but that's a ways down the road. Right now the instability is just something we have to live with.
