Lots of things need sort lists already...  I'd like one to sort out my dwarves better for recruiting into the military.  I'm sick of scrolling and scrolling just to FIND Peasants to recruit.

Just add that to the list.

Elves aren't environmentalists, they're the smartest businessmen ever created in Dwarf Fortress.  Think about it, the only plants they want you to use are the ones they supply.  They even go so far as to attack you for producing too much lumber of your own.  They're not hippies, they're violent businessmen!

Named items dont seem too common to me either. Despite using only militia for defence, I've had a total of three artifacts in all my forts. Dwarves get attached to weapons easily, but naming them is extremely rare.
