One of my dwarves just went into a fey mood and make a turkey bone crown. The thing is, well, it has an image of itself on it, which is something I've only ever heard of hapenning when you use the glitch to make the Dwarf collect an immense amount of material.

The full description is:
Umrilzareth, "Pinesdeserts", a turkey bone crown.

This is a turkey bone crown. All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality. It is decorated with turkey bone and encircled with bands of turkey bone.
On the item is an image of Pinesdeserts the turkey bone crown in turkey bone.

Has this happened to anybody else?

Ah, recursive images aren't rare. The planepacked glitch is more the constant stuffing of ingredients.
