Here you go:
https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1u8jibE1TV7BAwAI2b4TzRkWFlBboLiXMrVBhYmDYPhI&pli=1
It doesn't seem to have things from the last couple days yet.
the reason this doesn't have stuff from now is because it hasn't been updated in NEARLY THREE MONTHS! :(
The contents have been updated more recently than the date up top has.

EDIT: And now it's up to date.

Thanks again, duder. I had kind of forgotten about the document until you emailed me. Looks good. Can't wait for the new version!

Toady's finished the last of the features he intends to add this update

Do you still think this?

Yes, it's the only thing that gets me by day to day.

Even if it looks like he's just been struck by another fey mood. At least he's not being secretive :/

After being developed for around 10 months you'd expect it to pack some new features, huh?

Too bad Toady keeps on adding new shit all the time so that we'll have to wait even longer, sigh....

Comparing with the Current Development log posted by Toady, it seems that some of the stuff on that list is only contemplated for the future and not already accomplished.

Whose document is this?  It's not on the Bay 12 Games server and no author is given.

The list is pretty much accurate - the justice system isn't in yet, but will be, and the existence of monstrous vampires might be in question, but otherwise everything on there is from the devlog, DF Talk, or Toady's posts, as far as I can tell.

It's a list of what's currently going to be in. That list can shrink as easily as it can grow, but for now the only things listed that aren't implemented are things under Justice that Toady stated pretty clearly that he wants to put in, so it's not super likely that he changes his mind on them.

SirPenguin is the one who gave me edit access, it would seem.
