Because if it's the latter, then I don't really think that this is the most important on the list of plants to add.

this flower reaches 3 meters tall. if it goes in, it wont be as a flavor object in the same category as daisies and daffodils. it also just flowers for two days, once every few years, spending the rest of the year looking like a boring tree
