Cut him open, cut off the appendix, take out appendix
You cut him open, cut off the appendix, take out the appendix, and put it in a cool little jar Guillermo can look at later. You love doing that.

Replace his appendix with a coin. So that he'll always trip the metal detector at the airport.[/b]
You don't think Mexicans use airports. Besides, Why would you double his worth? ((wow, that one was too offensive for even MY ears.))
Oh yeah, You also need to stop the internal bleeding coming from the Large intestine too, you got distracted making the pancreas-in-a-jar. You finish that and stitch the man up.

*SUCCESS!*
...
GOD THAT WAS BORING

You didn't think that being a surgeon in the Jungle could be so UNINSPIRING. If the next patient isn't more fun than that you might just SLIT YOUR WRISTS WITH A SCALPEL.

ITEMS:
Surgeon's bag:
  • Blood Bank
  • Scalpel
  • Antibiotics
  • PainKiller
  • Needles
  • Surgical Sutures
  • ??? in a deflated balloon

What do you do?

It's custom to eat the heart of a slain enemy to gain his courage. Eating the broken appendix of a taut Mexican bod must yield amazing rewards as well, no? Eat his appendix to gain his power. And then flip a coin to see who we operate on next.

I change my vote to this

Do not eat the appendix. Who knows what diseases its previous owner had? Anyway, wash your hands, then move on to Paulita.

Are you suggesting we kill her and skin her, fashioning her hide into a tent and living in there!? You're one sick fuck.

But honestly, she could be 86 and seventy pounds overwieght*. Not to mention the fact she has an infected wound**.

*Nothing wrong with being attracted to maturity and/or a full figured woman.
**But I do find that prospect of a gaping gash oozing pus and blood being arousing to some people a bit disturbing. Not saying there's anything wrong with it, just eww.

Well we can't PAWYTOC until the second date, then we must date the appendix.

Actually I'm feeling pretty good about that obvious win of a success... We should feed upon this energy and find a plot finish off the list of patients one at a time. Perhaps there'll be sweet mexican cheese as a reward!

EDIT:
Okay, enough with the passionate tounging. It was funny the first time, but now it's just getting annoying.

I agree with this forumite. Srsly, I'm beginning to loathe my own joke!

I'm pretty sure a fade to black in an RP is not against the rules.
