Yes. All it does is inflict heavy damage.

Oddly, on the rpgclassics shrine, it is the ONLY level eight spell they recommend, despite the spells that inflict possibly HEAVIER damage on ALL targets, one that insta-kills one enemy, and XXXX, which completely DESTROYS all enemies.

Ok, I edited it then.

Since the points are basicly random, I just kept it how it is.

High level spells? Ha. I killed chaos with nothing but two BMs casing temper and haste on a warrior. Then... he attacked. 16 times. For several thousand damage each time.
