If someone took this list, made a new thread, and all the prods and stuff would be posted in that thread, and the list updated, as it happened. It wouldn't probably be that hard to take care of.

This is usually what happens. Simply at the end of a game, all of the mod stuff is posted into the thread. After that, the thread owner will update (Probably every week or so.)

Anytime a mod prods, they have to send the prod to the Board host to acknowledge the prod's existence and not have to take the mod's word for it.
Because there were problems earlier with stuff like that, so yeah.
