  • Find Arby, who seems to know a thing or two about the station's suit inventory.
  • Inquire about hazmat suit effectiveness insulating against Very High Voltages.
  • If suit believed effective, request the use of one.
  • Don suit, cross gap in destroyer, shut off that breaker!

Ask for some type of paint sprayer. Use that to cover the CCTV on the ship to get to the targeting thing-y.
