ok im doing a eating test in the arena.

male human, broad body
test food is cow and human meat
test drink blood of the above.

drank blood times 3 and sleep
drank blood and ate one human meat more sleep
ate 2  human meat drank 1 blood sleep
drank 3 blood sleep
ate 1 meat draink blood sleep
got fat at last.

I did more testing and sadly, if you happen to travel you will lose all the fat, even just one square.
