My last fort's civilization had bracelets as its symbol. I had a bunch of pictures of pictures of bracelets.

I haven't actually made any engravings in my current fort. I've only found them mildly annoying so far.

Without looking at legends, I'm not sure, but one of my forts has/had frozen or otherwise dead slave orcs as their civilisation symbol. I can't help but wonder how many wars with the orcs that civ had....

and there was the civ that used mutilated elf corpses as a symbol, or slave orcs in fetal position...
