One thing: I see some 1-wide hallways... If your FPS starts dropping, try widening those to at least 2-wide, 3 is better still. Same goes for single-door entries to rooms.
A dwarf that finds another (friendly) creature in it's way when moving to some place will recalculate it's path to find a path where it does not need to move over the same tile as the other creature, thus putting extra strain on pathing. Wider paths decrease the probability of this occurance, and allow for quicker repathing if nescessary, thus preventing FPS loss.

I make my Fortress Entrance tunnel five tiles wide (with two sets of double-doors seperated by a single tile of unmined stone); my major corridors near the entrance are five tiles wide, and they get progressively narrower in the lower-traffic interior areas far from the entrance.

Even the lowest-traffic areas get two tile wide corridors, though... only exploratory mining tunnels (ie: searching for Ore, Coal or Gems) are single-tile width.

It's actually very nice. Much more sprawling than my inverted tower micro-fortresses (fits in less than a single embark tile!) but very effective. I honestly like it, if I didn't have such an engineer's mentality about efficiency, I'd build one like it.

One thing I would caution, it seems like your stockpiles are very spread out. Could be a problem with how interconnected some industries can be (mining to smelting to metalworking, woodcutting to carpentry, masonry to... masons needing booze, etc). You'll need a large hauler corp, which means a smaller military, and those pitiful traps at the entrance wouldn't scare off an ambush much less a siege. Of course, a few champions could manage the same thing but they'd have to be on duty very often to prevent having to fight off goblins with their training gear (less of a problem when they reach legendary, since legendaries can spar with their combat weapons). Just be prepared for military challenges later in the fort, either expand your traps or amp up your military.
