I have turtle shell gauntlet created by some kid.

No way, me too! Right or left?

Right gauntlet. I can check the description once i get home.

It would be nice if these people got Legendary skill in Armor or Weapon Smithing when they make artifact armour & weapons instead of Bone Carving or Stone Carving etc.
I have more Legendary Craftsdwarves than I need but I had to train my Legendary Armor and Weapon Smiths myself =(

Make your guys make a single trap component or leggings.  That way they mood to weapon or armor smithing.

You need to make said elf leather into the most amazing work of art.  Embed it with every kind of gem you have, stud it with metals, and sew images into it.  Erect a shrine outside your fort with that in the center.  Let the elves know that you view their very skin as naught more but a medium for your dwarves to work on.

Also, i thought one material can only be used once for decoration. But this gauntlet uses only turtle shell.

Artifacts generally break the rules for materials and so you can get stone beds, gemstone floodgates, and gemstone doors among other things that you can't normally make.

Is that a Clothier Artfact weapon? Or just a Weaponsmith who decided to take a weird material?

I just realized, after adding the new body parts to the other races, that I have an entire squad of dwarves with a shield in each hand and swinging their axes with their penises. There's nightmare fuel for those goblins, in more ways than one.

While there isn't anything special about the artifact itself, but take a look at the name and think of the OTHER definition of throne.  :D

That would be one example of Dwarven toilet humor, lol!

On the subject of artifact names, in a previous fort, I had an artifact with a name that sounded like the maker had a religious experience or something. I don't remember what it was though.

Well, if it's dodgy names we're doing...

That would be as deadly to the wielder as to anyone else!  You'd sever your own arm at the first swing!  It's perfect!
