I think i made fish too hardcore. - Toady One.

Eh, so today i was playing in adventurer mode, for the lulz of it. Walked around a bit with my hammerdwarf a bit, found a river, and a black bear at the same time.
I threw it back with a hammer bash, and it hit a tree right next to the river, and just when i'm about to finish it...

... Soooo i kept on, travelling near the river, and got attacked by yet another black bear, and this time it managed to dodge my attack, but ended up falling into a river. He was met with hardcore resistance:

Just say laughs, not lulz.  That is so far removed from english that it's not proper slang, even if this is the internet.  I mean, how are people learning english as a second language supposed to figure it out if it isn't even the same letters as what it's supposed to represent.  Lol is fine, but it doesn't really function well as a nouns. "I tried it out just for lols" doesn't sound good either. [/rant]

This is awesome.  I had my first experience with carp in adventure mode.  I had heard about their ferocity in fort mode, so I charged them.  At first they run away, but after I kill a few (rather easily) they start swarming me.  I quickly get some nasty wounds, and barely make it out of the river.  Good times.

I think the solution would be to make the bite attacks pay attention to what type of teeth you have.
