Lets go to prison!

I must be doing something wrong, but I still find it amusing that the they are organizing a party at the cage which should be in use as a prison.  I have a legendary dining room as a meeting place and a huge statue room, but they decide the party should be in the 3x1 room with an iron cage.

The party was a success.  Adil was the only dwarf that showed, but there were several dogs, 2 horses and a cow.  Great success.

Is it set to be used for justice?  Maybe they think it's a zoo, or something.

I also often make zoos which house mostly goblins and kobolds captured by my cage traps and the dwarfs love to party there ;D

I always stuff my zoo with nothing but goblin cages. The center of my gigantic dining room: one goblin axelord in a cage, where everyone can laugh at him.

The lobby into the King's throne room? (with 8 masterful platinum statues in it, no less - 12,000 dwarfbux each!) Basically just a big, round room packed along all the walls with goblins in cages.

If you set an animal cage as a room does every other cage in the room become part of the zoo or should you designate a room for each cage?  Anything to keep parties from clogging up my dining room is good.
