ok i killed the elite skelatol bowman  and the mayor still says "tell me when the deed it done" what do i do?

Make sure you're at the right village.

In the (Q)uest menu, you'll get a "report quest completion to X". On this menu, if you press Z you'll zoom in at the village you need to go to report the deed.

When you get to the ruler that gave you the quest, talk to him, and select "Service" again, just like you did to get the quest.  You don't actually get a reward other than fame, but the quest will be completed.  Sometimes they will have more quests for you to do, so always be sure to check before moving on so that you can get the most out of each town.

well this was my first quest

but i did a second quest and killed a cyclops, and i turned in that quest in a different place by just talking and going to service, so WTF! i killed the elite bowman y doesnt it let me turn in the quest? also now the mayor who had me snuff the cyclops wants me to kill the bowman as well!

this it probly just a bugged quest

Or maybe there were TWO elite bowmen? Yes it happens, especially in kobold forts...

nope i still have the two identical quests in my log for the sam dude whos corpse is still sitting in lvl 2 of the whimshearth ruin
