The Onager is a heavy howitzer siege gun boasting a bore diameter of 18 cm. the gun uses a split trail carriage and is designed for up to 45 degrees of elevation.like our 8cm gun the Onager has hydro-pneumatic recoil system to deal with it's heavy recoil but unlike our 8cm gun it uses interrupted screw breach block and are loaded with separate shell and powder bags which allows the gun crew to load variable propellant loading for different MV and range. The barrel length is 4m long to ensure that it will have be able to provide long range fire hopefully out ranging any existing confed artillery..

The
M1904 18cm 'Onager' haubits is quite the tool of destruction, designed to out-range and out-shell the Kalchan 12cm cannons. The testing of the recoil system proves that its adequate for the job and dampens the recoil well, though like all heavy cannons it still requires a dug in position and return ramps for shelling since the recoil forces the entire carriage backwards a short distance. The screw breach and the separate shell and powder system are streamlined by providing the crew with powder holders so they can lift up and shove as many bags of propellant as they need into the breech at once! The High Explosive shells fired by the Onager themselves are of very good quality with great care put into getting the maximum amount of explosive material inside of it while retaining good ballistics and strength. The barrel itself is made well and with good rifling, though the length and weight means it must be transported separately from the gun breech and carriage.
It is now the Revision Phase!Vornfolk Armory:
Monoh Infanterirevar: The Monoh is the standard infantry rifle of the Grand Duchy designed by Daniel Monoh at the end of the Alliance Wars. This 60 inch long polearm of a rifle fires a 11x60mm straight walled blackpowder cartridge from its single shot breech loading system out of a rifled barrel. It also comes with a triangular bayonet. It is Cheap at 2 Ore.
M1899 Kortrevar "Arbetshäst": A 44 inch long rifle firing a smokeless 6.5x55mm round from a 12 round magazine. It is simple and reliable, though it lacks charger strips and must be loaded by hand as well as the rounds lacking mass to penetrate well through cover. It comes with a modernized version of the Triangle Bayonet. Cavalry can use it, but its still a little too long to be used comfortably. It is Cheap at 2 Ore.
Kulspruta-900: Firing the same 6.5mm round as the "Arbetshäst" rifle this heavy machinegun is a beast capable of firing a thousand rounds of ammunition from its 100 round belts before the water in its jacket evaporates fully and needs to be refilled. While suffering from weight issues its belts have been improved and are now more reliable, this weapon is best suited to defense and only to be moved up to newly taken ground once it has been secured by infantry. It is Expensive at 4 Ore.
Kulspruta-900 Rörlig: A modified Kulspruta-900 designed for mobility and aggressive assaults on enemy positions weighing in at only 25 pounds and fed from a 120 round belt boxes mounted on the side of the gun. The water jacket is replaced by a finned heavy barrel designed to disperse heat and comes with a mostly effective bipod. The barrel allows it to fire off around 300ish rounds before needing it to be left to cool. It has no quick-change barrel. It also comes with a carry sling. It is Expensive at 4 Ore.
'Kracker O1' Grenades: Makeshift grenades constructed by placing a fragmentation sleeve over a TNT core, mostly reliable with poor fragmentation and relying on explosive blast for killing power and uses a simple yet unreliable in timing friction fuse for detonation. It is Cheap at 1 Ore.
Rapier: A slender straight sword used by officers and cavalry alike, currently its the only weapon available to be used by the cavalry, other than the "Arbetshäst" which is too long for their use. It is Cheap at 1 Ore.
The M1899 8.0cm Fält Kanone Mk.I: A 8.0cm cannon which fires shrapnel and HE shells which are fixed one-piece ammunition. It uses smokeless powder as a propellant for its shells and has a hydraulic piston to help dampen recoil and prevent having to make major re-adjustments after each shot. It is Expensive at 4 Ore.
M1904 18cm 'Onager' haubits: An 18cm heavy howitzer firing HE shells with the maximum amount of filler available out of a 4 meter long barrel for extreme range. Its heavy recoil is partially dampened by a series of hydro-pneumatic recoil pistons though it still requires return ramps. It is Very Expensive at 6 Ore.
Raketgevär-901: A launching tube firing light Ajax HE rockets with deadly accuracy out to 400yards and is well made and reliable. The rocket tends to burn its shooter if he's not careful. Backblast prevents use in trenches. It is Cheap at 3 Ore and 1 Fuel.
Ajax War Rockets: A series of Heavy and Light rockets carrying HE, Smoke and Incendiary warheads. The heaviest rockets are fired from a wagon launcher in groups of 24 and the light rockets launched in groups of 4 by man portable racks. It is Expensive at 4 Ore and 1 Fuel.
New Pattern Vornfolk Field Combat Dress: A new model uniform made up of a gray-green tunic and trousers made of hardwearing material with a softer undershirt, and a greatcoat in cold weather and a greatcoat cut into a vest for summer weather. The greatcoat has ammunition bandoleers sown into its fabric providing ready ammunition for its wearers. They also have a wide brimmed Pith helmet of which the forehead is made up of a shiny steel plate with the Duke's crest on the front as well as a soft furred cap for winter. The cavalry has the same model dress but in the same colors as the old model. It is Cheap at 1 Ore due to the steel needed for the helmets.
Tunneler's Gear: A series of measuring equipments, maps, flashlights, mattocks and innovative clay kickers used by demolition squads to burrow under enemy lines and blow them to kingdom come! Each man comes equipped with a standard of 12 TNT sticks and their explosive detonator's are made with the utmost reliability. It is Cheap at 2 Ore.
'Loppa' Aerial Platform: A first attempt at a rotary wing craft this beast only capable of shakily hovering in place at low altitude and remaining there for a short period of time before either the fuel runs out or engine troubles forces it to land early. It has a single K-900 machinegun fixed on the right side of the craft. It is Complex and thusly Very Expensive at 4 Ore and 2 Fuel.
'Loppa' E1 Aerial Platform: An enhanced version of the Loppa, it comes with floorboards, an improved engine and slightly improved tail rotor. Still heavy as a brick and guzzles fuel like a madman, similar air time and altitude to base model. It has a single K-900 mounted on the right side. It is Complex and thusly Very Expensive at 4 Ore and 2 Fuel.
Transport Barge: A medium sized barge used for transporting men and equipment from the homeland to the Volcanic Island. It has no defenses other than a small marine contingent with standard issue rifles. It is Cheap at 3 Ore and 2 Fuel.
