Despite the fact it's fairly obvious that Tom's making him out to be a massive sociopathic bastard. I bet he disappears somewhere at the end of this story arc.

I know his account was deleted, but perhaps this was a post of his that was missed, and with no account he would be considered a guest?
Maybe it's just a guest impersonating him, but I figure that this at least gives some date where we know he was still on the forums (if this is him)

Nah, that's just what happens when someone whose account has been deleted has a post. Guests aren't allowed to post. There's a couple other people with deleted accounts whose posts you can find if you poke around a bit.
