Well continuing on about adventures in the wide world.
Got to building the first 2 farming villages, placing the minecart tracks, and everything.

Perhaps the biggest issue i can find currently. No dwarf therapist on my install.

Really need to both, assign burrows for the inhabitants of each village, and add a custom profession name to each to tell where they belong.

Also a few dwarves tried to claim rooms in the houses of villages that they should be part of. So kinda have to manual all that

That's still doable in Vanilla, just more time-consuming. The only in-game bottleneck I can see is the Manager's position. There's only one of them, so you need to centralize any production jobs that you want auto-ordered in a timely fashion.
