Not that i know of, Nope, you can make a Zoo full of undead if you so desire.

No, as Astrid said, I regularly trap them. However, I haven't had much exposure to reanimated trap avoiders, so I wouldn't bet on it working on those. However, reanimated FBs seem to be uninterested in destroying buildings, so the trap avoid property might be lost as well.

Undead building destroyers retain that tag, but are more interested in the living and tend to only destroy buildings if they are trapped in a room with them or there is a dwarf behind said building.

In my case the building in question was a door leading into my fortress (with menacing spikes in front of it and an airlock around it). I also think I've seen them totally uninterested with a locked door, but starting to path with an unlocked one.
