Morius
You walk through the door as if it were open and unlocked, yet the door itself remained closed and locked the entire time. Its a difficult thing to explain what you just did, and you're not really sure how to put it into word. Yet you know that it is entirely the magic of your dagger, and despite its seemingly contradictory magical sensations, you enter into the tree. In addition, another strange feeling comes over you, but you are really unable to place it. What you find is surprising. The tree is larger on the inside, and a flowering field extends out before you. The walls of the tree's interior can be seen in the distance, rising to the sky. A crystal hangs from the ceiling and illuminates the entire landscape in a bright white light. You look behind you and you see a giant door. It is huge! Towering above you what can easily be miles. Yet there is no sign of the door you entered from, weird, it looked a lot like the giant door. There are lakes and plains in the distance, each seem to be supporting life of different kinds. You spot what could be a village straight ahead, but the path towards it looks boring and unremarkable.

Xilbabai
You follow the tracks for what seems like ages. Deeper and deeper you descend into the belly of the mountain. There are occasional signs of life, strange mosses and fungi, small bugs and eerie skittering noises, occasional pained shrieks that pierce the oppressive silence. That dank underworld is far from dead, but almost completely devoid of light. After hours of tracking you come to a cross roads. Well sort of. Its really a cross tunnels. Here is your first sign of definitive life. Road signs. One has a strange symbol that could be construed to be a tooth? Maybe? The next one is probably a mushroom, but it seems to have eyes painted on it. The third looks to be a symbol of some sort, but it has been damaged by dripping water and lichen growth to the point where its impossible to tell what it is.

Nix
The golem, Looks at you. At least, its somewhat humanoid, mostly featureless, and quite rough head orients in your direction. It holds this position for a moment before making a sweeping gave with its entire head. It returns its attention to you and raises a finger in a pointing gesture towards your avatar. "Alone" It says in a voice that sounds like sand blowing across other sand in an endless long tunnel. It then turns and begins walking to the west.

Petnieka
The transformation into a bird s simple and invigorating. (1 divinity.) You fly over the village and are simultaneously confused and annoyed. The village has several watchtowers around it, and everyone of them is abandoned. The fires burn on, but they seem to be designed to burn for days or even weeks without needing to be tended. As you fly over the village you see that the streets are empty, the market's empty, and even (what you assume to be) the mead hall is empty. The entire town is completely deserted and littered with debris. If there were people here recently, they left rather suddenly. Perhaps you should search the town for clues or lone individuals who stayed behind. Or you could search the nearby swamp for clues to their location.

Heart
You quickly give yourself the ability to breath underwater. Such a simple task, yet it opened an entire world to you. You submerge yourself and begin swimming through the tunnel. The tunnel has a distinct downward slope, which quite quickly gives away to a vertical shaft. With no other directions to chose from, you descend. After quite a long time swimming straight down, y=the tunnel finally opens into an underwater cavern. At the bottom of that cavern, much to your surprise, is a titan spawn! Titans are similar to gods in power and personality, yet the two races of divines have never been able to get along. Titans tend to be more primal, representations of beasts or nature, as opposed to mortals and civilization. This creature before you is definitely the child, or more likely grandchild, of a titan. That much is easy to discern, as it radiates mild titanic energy.

The creature itself seems to be a many legged newt or salamander. It must have upwards of fifty sets of limbs. Its skin is a dark purple or black with lighter magenta spots speckled across its back. Its head is wide and its mouth dominates its face. Its wide eyes are glossed over and cloudy from misuse, but do not seem to be constructed for cave life. Large external gills sway slightly in the still water. Its mouth is open, as if it is waiting for food to drift nearby. You can see a set of three long tongues waiting deep within its gaping maw.

Itheos
As you stride you take in their village. They seem to have well developed fishing and boating technology. Their boats look stable and well adapted to river use, and they have various nets, spears and poles all for fishing different kinds of fish. Beyond that it seems as if they life a simple life, almost everything is made from wood and stone, there is very little metal in the entire village. Either the nearby area is lacking iron ore, or the villagers have no way refining it.

One of the frog men approaches you, the others part to let him by. He is elderly and frail, and wears simple, yet well kept, robes. He sports a small whispy beard. "Itheos. If you are in search of your children and devotees, then you have come to the wrong village. We are the Riglubints. We owe our lives and allegiance to our lord, our maker, and our protector Riglubint."

"Hello!" Heart bubbles out to the sleeping (or resting) titanspawn. "I am the God
Writhing Refracted Spark In The Dark Of The Unwhole Heart, newly descended to this place. I'm surprised to find a titanspawn here, though I suppose it's not so odd. Are you native to these parts?"

Greet the titanspawn.

Morius takes a long, slow look around, attempting to discern the source of the blight.
If he cannot discern a direction, he absent-mindedly blinks into the village, increasing his size appropriately if he doesn't measure up.

Logically he could have been shrunk, but logic and this place may not agree...

"Well said.  Now, do as thou wilt."

Follow the glass-beast, into the ruins of the west, observing both the environment and Alone's interactions with it.

Petnieka transformed back into human form with a pout. "What?? Where did everyone  go? Uuugh..." She sighed and then clapped, suddenly reinvigorated. "That just means I have to do some exploring myself!" Petnieka began to search some of the village's houses, as well as any less conspicuous structures.
Transform to human form, rummage through the village houses, and any other lesser structures that I see.

Itheos nods at the frogmans words "Then I must meet with this Riglubint. As certainly he appears to have done a fine job of protecting and nurturing this village, at the least I must congratulate him. Show me to him."

Heart
The great beast turns its head towards you. Its blind open eyes uselessly looking in your direction in the pitch darkness. If you were not a god, you too would be so blind. The sheer size of the beast gives you pause. In your current form you could stand upon your own shoulders and still not be able to reach from the bottom of its hungry maw to the top. Yet you great it all the same. Understanding flashes across its eyes. It raises its front right leg, which is noticeably larger than those which follow, and gestures for you to follow it. Without waiting for you to give a response, it quickly turns and swims down another large tunnel. For its size and bulk, it is remarkably agile.

Morious
This strange land inside a tree is completely pristine and without blight. As if the massive walls of the tree have quarantined this fair land. You approach the village and notice that it is surrounded by huts and hovels. The buildings themselves are ornate and seem to be made of wood painted in bright bold colors. The hovels however are drab, dirty, and haphazardly constructed. There are a great many people of various races living in this shanty town. Elves, gnomes, and cat men seem to be living in the hovels, and what appears to be fairies are distributing food, water, and blankets. The odd thing is, fairies are normally tiny, but these fairies seem to be person sized.

Xilbabai
You follow the mushroom sign path. This particular tunnel seems rather damp and muddy. However, there are no tracks here. As you notice how undisturbed the mud here is, you begin to smell a sickly sweet scent wafting towards you from the downward slanting tunnel. Onward you press. The scent becoming greater and greater as you descend deeper and deeper. Finally you see light ahead and emerge onto a cliff overlooking a colossal cavern. What immediately grabs your attention is the giant mushroom in the center of the cavern. It must twenty or thirty stories tall, and its truck is quite thick. It's cap glows a soft blue color, which illuminates the cavern ceiling. Beneath the giant mushroom tree there are smaller, yet still quite large, mushroom trees. And beneath those there seems to be a small village, as you can see strange blue torches and a path into the mushroom forest. There is a staircase carved into the rock of the cavern wall, which is all but hidden from bellow. There is another one of those signs here too.

Nix
The glass golem sinks deep into the sand with each step. Every footfall is difficult and hard earned. Yet eventually you and the golem make it to the ruins. They aren't much, no more than a dozen deserted buildings, yet the sandstone outcropping beneath them makes walking much easier for your golem. The ruins themselves are mostly standing actually, they are well build and durable. Only the largest of them has collapsed, and that building only had a partial roof cave in. There are several smaller buildings, which are perhaps homes or storehouses. Then there are two medium size buildings. Lastly, there is the larger building with the partially collapsed roof. It is impossible to say how long this place has been abandoned, but it is clear that sapient life once chose to live in this desert outland. The golem picks up a chunk of broken sandstone, and begins to chew on it. It is a loud and slow process, as the sandstone seems to be harder than he is.

Pernieka
You look into the houses, and it is quickly apparent that they have been ransacked. Everything of value or use has been stripped of the houses. Windows are broken here or there and the insides of some houses appear completely destroyed. There are bloodstains in many of the houses you check. As you move onto another house you hear gruff angry voices approaching from around a corner. "I don't see why we have to check again, we've gotten every single one of them out of here. And even if we didn't, they're gonna wish we had. Let em' stay and see whats coming."

Itheos
Riglubint lives within the city to the south of here. Follow the western river and it will lead you directly to it. I'm sorry Itheos, we cannot be the ones to lead you there. I wish you luck. With that he bowed to you and ushered the rest of the frog men away. Was it something you said? Does your breath smell bad? Are you actually not very handsome as a frog man? Why won't they guide you to their city and why did they scamper away? So many questions, yet their answers all seem to lay in the south.

Heart wasn't much for fear, though the idea that she was being led to the titanspawn's even more impressive sire did occur to her. Still, there was nothing to be gained from cowardice.

Itheos nods at the frogmans words, and then leaves the village, heading in the indicated direction. He has not seen any need to interfere with this village, at least not yet. Pitiful as their civilization was, if they are truly content by this, forcing them into greatness would cause much chaos. Perhaps worthwhile in the long run, but the world was a large place. And Itheos was still gathering his strength. There was no need to be hasty.

Head down the western river.

Morius gives a self-satisfied nod. He has almost certainly been shrunk by some magic of this tree.
However, he cannot yet puzzle out whether the tree is sucking the life from the nearby forest in order to sustain its magic, or if the blight belongs to a different entity vainly attempting to take the tree.
He gives a vaguely annoyed sigh. Not yet an hour in this world and he was forced to communicate with it.
He walked to a nearby fairy, flawlessly adapting the demeanor of an elderly hunter.
"E-Explain"
Alright, maybe less than flawlessly.
Ugh. How did words work?
"Un-derstand sick-ness."

Petnieka hides and observes, spending a divinity to make sure they don't see her unless they go abive and beyond looking for her. She wanted to see what this whole situation here was. A war? Who was attacking, defending? Conquest, trade? So many things to find out!
