Caste and an Object

Hello community, I was wondering if it is possible to have a workshop reaction that changes a civ members caste as well as create an object?

You mean a reaction that changes a creature's caste and creates an item at the same time?

If so, then yes you can. Reactions can have several products, you just have to make one product a material that gives your civ member a syndrome that changes their caste and make another product the item you want to create.
