In November, I'd decided to hold off on updating my mod, as I was afraid of the new version showing up in the middle of it - and the necessity to redo everything.

Now I see that this wasn't the best decision.

April most likely. Maybe March. His latest update indicates he's indicated the features list has decreased by 50% in 10 days. So give him a this month to finish that and next month to fix it up. So April sounds likely to me unless he runs in to !!FUN!!

What exactly makes you think 50%=10 days means other 50%=30 days?

Well, he does get sidetracked.
The first 90% of code takes 90% of the time required for completion. The remaining 10% of code takes another 90%.

While not likely, the rest of that list could take a month. Certain bugs can end up taking much longer to fix than originally thought. But whenever it releases I'll be happy to see all of the new features.
