Note: how did you know I had planned bubble wrap?

I attribute this to my awesome, despite knowing full well that had nothing to do with it. Also, I am not awesome.

Gaze in awed wonder at the wonder of bubble wrap. Look around and see what all is here.

Then having taken in the vast popping glories, take some bubble wrap (shutting off the machine if you have to, there's gotta be some laying around that hasn't been popped yet), while we're here. Plan to use it as an early warning system to detect... things that would step on it when we lay it out for that purpose in the future, and also in case we need to ship something. You never know. Have one of the pikmen carry it, or something.

You go around the machine to the controls, turning it off, you then grab some bubble wrap, but something seems wrong...
This doesn't look like normal bubble wrap, you notice a box nearby with writing on it 'Experimental Unpoppable Bubble Wrap Batch 23'.
A large echoing rumble is heard from the path you arrived from, then not long after you hear tiny yells of pain.

Leave a bunch of bubble wrap spread out on the floor in front of the entrance and cover it with dirt to disguise it, then grab a few sheets to take with you. Hide behind something and wait to see what happens.

You spread some of the "Experimental Unpoppable Bubble Wrap Batch 23" over the path you entered from, but too bad the floor is concrete and stone so there isn't any dirt, you grab a few spare sheets of "Experimental Unpoppable Bubble Wrap Batch 23" and stuff it in your backpack.
You hear two more tiny yells of pain and decide that this would be a good time to hide, you dive behind some crates.
You hear some of the theoretically unpoppable Bubble Wrap popping and you sneak a peek around the box at the entrance spotting the big three legged Lizard chewing on something.
You quickly look around the room noting two doors one almost right behind you but within view of the lizard, it has a keypad lock but there is a note attached to it.
The other door is on the other side of the room, past the lizard and is slightly ajar.

You use Microsoft Word to change unpoppable to unstoppable slightly changing the composition of the Bubble Wrap, although you don't think it will be any more unstoppable than it wa unpoppable.
The Lizard walks over to a pile of "Experimental Unstoppable Bubble Wrap Batch 23" over by the ajar door and starts pulling some out causing it to fly out until it hits something upon which it falls to the floor.
