Derm. Yes, Derm. Derm is good, even if you don't know what it means. But, time to get cracking! You give the order to move quickly towards the ship. You are spotted about 350m away, but the cruiser seems to lack anti-sub weapons, and instead start firing the 30mm AA gun at you. You're too deep and unable to be hit. You surface intending to fire the torpedoes, and the AA gun hits a number of times, damaging your armour somewhat. You fire your torpedoes, and the first one misses by a large amount. The second one hits, and detonates, crippling the engines and doing some armour damage.
