I see 50+ fully autonomous multi-function drones out there with insufficient programming and directives.  Recommend we attempt to curry favor and establish a working relationship with the locals, then use them to put us back together.

While excluding natives from ship and conducting interaction solely through drones and remote capabilities, offer a few tokens of good faith, then attempt to set up long term barter of materials, information and labor to restore our capability to carry out the primary objective.

Allow natives access to the interior only when necessary and after trustworthy working relationship is established.

Also, as a long term objective, plan a way to allow the combat droids to resurface without criticaly damaging the ship. There should be a way out. No ship designer is idiot enough not to include at least several exits. (Even if they are all blocked, it's highly unlikely that removing the blockage would further damage the superstructure. For that kind of damage to happen, most of the superstructure might already be destroyed. What might happen is that the blockages have become supportive elements for the rest of the structure, but that should be solvable by replacing the original supports before cutting through)
