Yup, even horsehair :)

Horsehair can be reanimated because the game treats it as though it were a shell made of hair in the exact shape of the entire horse.  Other body parts need [GRASP] or [THOUGHT] to be reanimated, so your foot is, unfortunately, dead forever.

"Deities" can't be re-animated as zombies, because they don't have [CREATURE_CLASS:GENERAL_POISON]. Many titans, forgotten beasts, and night creatures DO have that token though.
