Didn't know webbing was its only attack until I sent my two fully trained squads to kill it and read all the combat reports. I haven't encountered very many titans in this game so my first instinct was not to try to trap it.

My last titan was a brush titan described as a "huge eyeless scorpion with three blunt horns (or something to that effect) and a poisonous sting.  The titan himself was uninteresting, but what I can't get over is how he died.  A novice marksdwarf/hunter killed him in two shots, before he even got near my traps or squads.  One shot in the left arm/chitin/whatever. One shot in the head. Then Zed was dead.

The most interesting however, was a loong time ago.  I don't remember what specific sort of creature he was, but he had a body made entirely of fire and he appeared in the caverns.  I remember in the fort I had a massive pit going down deep underground, and as soon as he appeared I removed the only path into those specific caverns (opting to go around later) and he could not figure out how to get out of the pit so he wandered aimlessly burning every inch of the caverns, including large pools of water.  After a while the entire cavern was just soot and destruction, with him still wandering about hopelessly

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

A leech made of a glacier with wings and feathers.   This mofo is the ugliest thing I've ever heard of but it's the "regal bearing" that cracks me up. He thinks he's royalty.  Guess I would too.

Edit: Just killed this thing. His only attack was webbing so I'm not bragging LOL.
A leech FROM a glacier. Think of an Inuit Quetzalcoatl, but with bloodsucking and webs.

As for the weirdest titan I've seen...look about halfway down this TV Tropes page for my reaction to it.
