odd, mine usually come up green.....  most often a shade of olive.

but yes, i prefer option A.  goblins actually have the free-ist society in DF, they are just so critically misunderstood because of generations of anti-liberation propaganda on the part of the other races.

If you manage to kill the goblin before it gets away, the child will be released from the bag, and will also have the 'happy to be free' thought.  It's triggered by them being released from the bag.  Apparently if the goblin leaves the map with the child, the child is also released from the bag and is happy to be free from that.
