Move to 13 (2 weeks)
Sell Precious Metal, buy 8 units Pop Tarts
Move to 7 (2 weeks) and sell Pop Tarts



I'm assuming we post for the whole month, and a month is 4 weeks exactly.

@Toaster : Yes, it is. Also, it takes 2 weeks to get to Nayn City, because your movement speed is 0.5 / week. o_O

I hate myself. I facepalmed so hard a smack sound made the people next to me watch the apparently masochistic girl hit herself.


I was through a huge post at the library, and almost finished up, pressed 'preview'. Apparently I spent more than an hour doing this stuff and I was logged out. Panic, press 'back', post GONE. GONE!!


Therefore, I'm destroying the history of month 1. You all are counted as gone to your destination, but also have 50 gp.

The only thing I reconstruct from the dead post is the tickers. Also, all prices have changed. I also edited the mechanics so that the many market crashes don't happen as often from next month.

Log prices have skyrocketed- Recent deforestation counted as culprit
Food prices fall 50%- Nature's bounty
All tier two goods hit hard - demise of the Medium City economy, hopeful forecasts for recovery. Stone is especially abundant, up to 984 units of stone on market
Magic items fall 99% - too many adventurers wreck havoc on market
Gunpowder price quartered - most regiments stick to old fashioned weapons
Spices fall 96% - Huge influx of cheap, low quality spices hurt locals
Gems out of fashion: 94% fall - Frugal nobles and wealthy men abstain from luxury
Artifacts, tomes of magic, and poptarts hit from 70%~80%
Chaotic hummus, whalebones, masterwork weapons rise from 80%~770%
Guards unemployed, wages fall across the board - Elites suffer a 43% decrease in wages and dignity.

It happens. Last week I lost my Arcane Steel post twice; around two and a half hours worth of thinking and writing lost. Which ended with me posting a half-assed third version, I guess.

And I was considering buying masterwork weapons, too.  Also, I'm right where I started, so I'll just quote my old turn.

Month 1 2!

Buy 4 units Precious Metal
Move to 13 (2 weeks)

Also, if you already have Google Docs open for the pricing, you should write your turns in there, too.  Auto save!
