Chapter 50: Landing

The H.O.E.S. grab some new toys as they are herded down into the medic bay along with the rest of the wounded. The guards finally manage to figure out how to do the whole "rounding up" thing as they take the Anti-Pastians, walk them out onto planks, and shoot them into the ocean. Fluttershy and her few assistants have to care for all of them. However, with her tender care she manages to revive everyone to back to their normal health.

The voyage continues, and a few days later, the dead still on the ship are body-bagged, including Teddy Roosevelt and Cyan Garamonde. "We stand before our fallen comrades to honor their service to the Republic of Luna. They will not be forgotten." They are then dropped down into the sea behind the ship.

A few days more and the ship docks in a beach town on a large island. The H.O.E.S. are escorted off. "This is Morant Bay, Jamaica. A truck containing your reinforcements and new mission statement will be here shortly. You'll join them and drive to your destination. Farewell!" He steps back aboard the ship, as he, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie wave them off....

Pastamancer solemnly equipped his new gear, layering the armor above his current clothes, slinging the staff onto his back and the book onto his hip. The Pistol went on a holster on his belt, and he placed the hat onto his head.
"Think I'll get a set icon for this?"
After gearing up, wait.

Roland rode in the back of the truck solemnly gazing out over the landscape as they drove through this strange country. He had woken in Princess Luna's Moon Base, to his great suprise. As he was talking to her about how to get back, she mentioned the tyrant Celestia. Interested, he had agreed to serve in an attempt to dethrone her.

And now he was on his way to the battleground, looking over this strange, lush country. Jamaica, they called it. it was a pity that it was to be home to this war.

The OldSpice guy looked around at the ragtag bunch of manly men around him. Each one seemed in slight need of a little more OldSpice bodywash, but, now was not the time to be swarming themselves with ladies and their ladyparts. He was on a horse riding on a motorcycle, in the truck headed to the one place in the world that has separated themselves from all that was manly. OldSpice. Plus, he heard that Applejack would be there too. Now there was a lady who loved her OldSpice.

The Pilot and their cargo handlers paused when they saw that the entire camp is covered in eldritch runes coated in blood. And rotting monkey corpses everywhere..

They decide that they didn't get paid enough for this..

What? Of course not. The great Lunar-Celestian war has changed Earth's geographical features so much that bodies would just sink to the bottom.

Also, universe runs on magic and friendship. That helps.

"Not bad Rainbow, but check out what I got!"
Pass the time by practicing my sharpshooting with Teddy's Pistols on some empty bottles.

((With some luck, Teddy's body could have washed ashore on 'Merican soil.  I'd consider that slightly more respectful.  Not sure about Cyan though))

Cassandra likes elves for their taste, Cobalt for it's pretty colors, and kittens for their cute intentions. She is incredibly strong, but horribly unlucky, and speaks with a rasping accent. She is white with black eyes. She likes dwarves for their hilarious intentions.

As long as no one tried to suplex said train, then that would have been pretty touching.

Hey TCM, I posted a little while back that I wanted to change my character to Simon, but you didn't change it. Can I come in as Simon or would you like me to stay as Agumon?

I'll change it. Post your intro as Simon.

A military truck pulls up and stops. Among those exiting the back is a short, red robot with an expressionless face. The hatch on top opens to reveal a man wearing a blue jacket with a symbol on the back. He gets out and speaks.

"Hi everyone. The name's Simon. Heard you had bit of a problem. Me and Lagann should be able to sort it out."
